Musing From the Front Lines No. 12A: Catherine plays Little Steps from Keyboard Challenges.
Here is Catherine, the oldest of our four grandkids. Catherine graduated Trinity College with a major in Neuroscience. She spent the next two years working at Mass General Hospital in Boston on a research project dealing with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, commonly known as Lou Gehrig’s disease. In her spare time, just this spring, she ran the Boston marathon. Now applying to medical schools. Has not had much time for piano but she is a natural — in just about everything she does. The piece she is playing (that she learned in about two minutes) is called Little Steps from my little collection called Keyboard Challenges.
